Conflict and dispute are inevitable in daily life as well as in corporate environment and they are always in need for early resolution. Conflict and dispute often arise when a party realizes that his interests are either dissenting or negatively affected by the other one. If there is no resolution, conflict and dispute will be accumulated gradually, and like a tumor, it will grow up and explode in one day.
A survey of American researchers shows that a manager spends average 21% of the week in dealing with conflicts and disputes in business. They may be the conflicts among employees, between the boss and employee or between enterprise and customer. Any conflict may influence the enterprise. It does not only waste time and money, but damage long-term relationship between the enterprise and the customer, even among the shareholders and the employees.
