This is a system of rules to ensure that the company is oriented in management and is controlled effectively for the benefit of shareholders and others related. This mechanism is built up and improved continuously.

How to build a suitable and effective management system plays an important role in general development of enterprises. Thus, PEO designed and organized the course “How to build management system” in order to solve the questions, equip knowledge, convey experience for managers on this matter.
