Every individual trained and developed in the organization is closed to certain relationships. In the organization, each individual is the subject that creates the organization, and also they are the ones who create the development of the organization. However, people are also under the dominance of the organization at various viewpoints, which can be the factors such as culture, organizational structure, leadership, etc. In each relationship, people also have different behavior and interaction.

Organizational behavior includes the behavior and attitude of individuals (employees) in the organization. The behavior is governed and determined by the perception, attitude and capacity of the employee.

Organizational behavior management is essential for managers in general and human resource management in particular, to promote the human role in the organization, exploit optimally human resources, develop the creation and build a close relationship between people and organization. Trainees joining the course "Organizational Behavior Management" will find the right direction in this activity.
