Organizational behavior includes the behavior and attitude of individuals (employees) in the organization. The behavior is governed and determined by the perception, attitude and capacity of the employee.
Organizational behavior management is essential for managers in general and human resource management in particular, to promote the human role in the organization, exploit optimally human resources, develop the creation and build a close relationship between people and organization.
