R & D is an acronym for Research & Development, one of the keys to success of many large corporations in the world. In the past, R & D was quite strange to Vietnamese businesses. However, in the integration trend with the development of technological revolution and fierce competition, R & D is invested more than ever. Most of large enterprises have R & D departments with the main task of researching new product development, new technology or new process to meet market demand and implement the business development strategy.

In other words, the R & D department plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of the business. Thanks to the research and assessment, enterprise can offer solutions and directions to create innovative products, processes and services to meet the needs of customers.

The course “ R & D Management" organized by PEO is outlined with the ways to manage R&D optimally.
